Maintenance Requests:

To make a maintenance request you may call, email or text us.

To text us please use 550-7408 (Deb) or 507-3232 (Susan) as the office number does not have texting capabilities.  Should you text us please include your apartment, your name and the request.

Should you have a plumbing emergency after hours we use Royal Plumbing (797-7414).  Just let them know you are a Flying Cow tenant, your location and the emergency.

Some tenants have asked us who we use for carpet cleaning because they want to get their carpets done on their own.  We use Xtreme Clean (796-0505) .  We feel they are reasonably priced, do a good job and have friendly employees.

Pest Control:

The exterminator comes out the third MONDAY of every other month.  We will post a 24-hour notice so you remember we are coming.  Should you have any questions about the exterminator please contact us.

We don't have any bugs and we don't want any so please participate if you can.

Newsletter:

The Flying Times is published every three months in February, May, August and November.  Our goal is to share relevant information to make your stay at Flying Cow a great one.  We deal with this stuff every day so it is normal for us but we understand you do not.  We are guessing about what information you would like shared.  So if you are curious about something we have not mentioned please let us know as you are most likely not the only one wondering.

We have dedicated Willie the Flying Cow dog's column to helping out our community.  We believe a lot of you volunteer your time and money to helping out your "pet project."  Please let us know what your favorite charity is so we can help to get the word out to others who might be able to help too.

To view past issues please see the newsletter link.   Flying Times Newsletter presented by Flying Cow Management, Apartments for the rest of us

To submit recipes, comments, questions or suggestions for future newsletters please email us.

Should you not want to be included (or want to be added back in) to the birthday list just let us know.

New artwork at the Flying Cow office, located in the Acorn Apartments in Albuquerque

We got a new rug in the office

However, the artwork no longer

seemed appropriate.

Deb made some new artwork,

you should swing by and see it

if you have a few minutes,

it's, um, interesting,

if nothing else!

All the heaters are up and working now.  Please let us know should you have any problems with yours.

CWe are almost done with the repair by the pool.  There was a leaky pipe under there.  We expect to have the hole filled and the concrete poured this weekend.

ÜWe are thinking about taking out that cement thing by the laundry room that is full of dirt.  Remove it or should we try and plant a community garden there?

What do you think
